🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video

To validate any return or replacement claim:

  • You must share a complete unboxing video

  • The video must show the sealed package being opened

  • Clearly display the issue in the video (e.g. damage, wrong item)


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges are not available, so please check our size chart before ordering.

  • If you received a wrong size from us, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.


💰 Refund Process

  • If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
