To validate any return or replacement claim:
You must share a complete unboxing video
The video must show the sealed package being opened
Clearly display the issue in the video (e.g. damage, wrong item)
🔄 Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are not available, so please check our size chart before ordering.
If you received a wrong size from us, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a full refund.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
